We are Leslee Construction General Contractors, a contracting partnership specializing in residential and commercial construction: remodels, additions, and renovations.  The R&R Group General Contractors are involved in every phase of the work and have hands on experience in all of these areas. We believe this gives us a better understanding of construction relationships and better ability to control the quality of workmanship. We have remained a "hands on" firm in order to best serve the jobs and clients and to assure a successful and attractive project.

Our experience is very broad and by dividing the business into areas of interest and expertise, we handle the work efficiently, enjoyably and successfully. We employ excellent tradesmen, carpenters and helpers who are trustworthy, considerate, and skilled. We maintain a good work environment that in turn results in precise results. Our philosophy is to work exceptionally well with the architect, designer, and client since good and open communication expedites the project and minimizes misunderstandings.

Our bids are completed by using the best construction software available, which helps eliminate missed items and offers a detailed information sheet. On the job, we adapt well to changing site situations and willingly offer suggestions and advice. Our intention is to keep the client informed , not to let them feel they are "in the dark".
